DO I NEED TO BUY A TICKET FOR EVERY PERSON IN MY CAR?
No, you only need one ticket per car! The ticket allows entry for one car and all of its passengers, regardless of how many people there are. However, we recommend that the number of people does not exceed the number of seats in your car so that all passengers are comfortable throughout the showing.
DO WE HAVE TO STAY INSIDE OUR CARS FOR THE WHOLE MOVIE?
In order to maintain social distancing, we recommend staying within the parking space provided to your car. You are welcome to bring folding chairs for your comfort, but do keep in mind that the audio is broadcast via your car radio, and sound will be loudest within your car.
HOW WILL WE HEAR THE MOVIE?
The sound is broadcast to your radio at a custom frequency. Please tune in to the frequency that will be displayed on the screen before the showing.For English audio, tune in to FM 94.3For Spanish audio, available in select showings, tune in to FM 96.3
HOW DO I ORDER FOOD FROM THE FOOD TRUCKS?
There are two ways to order food. You may send a passenger of your car to order your food from the stand. In order to maintain social distancing, we request that only one person from your car wait in line, and to keep a respectful and safe distance. You may also text in your order, and pick it up from the food trucks when the order is ready. Each food truck option has a different phone number, which can be found in the food menu.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All showings at Florida City Cinema are subject to cancellation due to weather. If any showing is cancelled for any reason, ticket holders have the option to request a full refund to their card/paypal or a voucher to any future viewing. All customers who have paid for tickets will be contacted shortly after cancellation for their refund preference, and the refunds will be processed by our team within 48 hours. If there are any issues regarding refunds, please contact our team at and we will work to resolve your problem.
